Ravallo

Ravallo

Versatile "Raphael"-son in elegant attire

"Ravallo" continues the versatility inherited from his sire in an exemplary manner. He won the stallion performance test in Medingen in 1988. Trained as a performance horse originally, he was put to stud for the first time in 1993. "Ravallo" produces noble, true-to-type foals with elastic uphill movements in mostly dark coat.

Among them several winners at foal shows and national championships as well as Verden auction foals and horses. With "Ratinho", "Ravensburger", "Ritano" and "Rolex Ravel" "Ravallo" already added four approved sons to various breeding areas. In 2004 "Ravallo" made headlines as dam's sire of "Fidertanz", the striking winner of the NRW-licensing.

His offspring are particularly versatile and often prove successful in the difficult class. Due to the children's successes in dressage and show jumping up to the highest level their father takes a leading position in the National Federations genetic evaluation each year anew. "Riverside" under Klaus Husenbeth – internationally successful in Grand-Prix, "River of Joy" under Ellen Schulten-Baumer – a third place in 2008 at the Mediencup-finals in Donaueschingen, the "novice Grand Prix".

Through Goldstein-Pik König-Abhang III-Weiler-Goldfisch II "Ravallo's " blood is infused with classic Oberndorf blood on the dam's side. This dam line also produced the stallions "Amoroso I, II and III", "Calvaro Z" who was successful with John Whitaker, "Comics Junior", "D’Artagnan" (Australia), "Effekt" (Denmark), "Eusebius", "Mangan", "Matchero", "Roccodero B" and "Schwabe".
